摘要
目的探讨共情培训对实习护生情绪智力及沟通能力的影响。方法对肿瘤医院183名实习护生进行共情培训,以布鲁姆的目标分类理论为框架,将培训过程分为认知领域、情感领域及行为领域3个阶段,共6次课,5次理论授课和1次临床实践课进行,比较培训前后实习护生情绪智力水平和临床沟通能力。结果接受共情培训的肿瘤医院实习护生情绪智力和沟通能力的总分及各维度评分均高于培训前(P<0.01)。结论共情培训可提高肿瘤医院实习护生情绪智力水平和临床沟通能力,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of empathy training on emotional intelligence and communication ability of nursing students in cancer hospi- tal. Methods Empathy training was provided for 183 nursing students, which based on the framework of Broome$ goal classification theory. The training was di- vided into three periods of cognition, emotion and motor skill divisions ,including 5 theory teaching classes and 1 clinical practice class. Emotional intelligence and clinical communication ability of nursing students were investigated and compared before and after training. Results Scores of emotional intelligence and commu- nication ability in nursing students were higher after training than before ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Empathy training can improve nursing students'emotional in- telligence and communication ability in cancer hospital, which is worthy of promotion.
