摘要
在覆砂金属型铸造工艺中,成功地实现了用球墨铸铁件代替铸钢件,并进行了批量生产。以汽车底盘类气室支架零件为例分析了覆砂金属型铸造工艺的基本工艺参数,解决了生产过程中出现的铸造缺陷。铸件的铸态性能抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到600 MPa和10%以上。
The cast steel was successfully replaced by the ductile iron in the casting production by the sand-lined metal mold process, and batch production was achieved. The basic process parameters of sand-lined metal mold process were analyzed, and the casting defects in the automobile chassis parts casting were removed. The tensile strength and elongation of the cast-as casting reached more than 600 MPa and 10%, respectively.
