摘要
出口的大型高锰铝青铜厚壁护套是船用螺旋桨上的重要部件,质量要求高。文中介绍了该产品的离心铸造工艺参数确定及铸型的设计。给出了铸件内圆缩凹深度δ值的确定方法,为铸件内圆加工余量的设计提供了依据。对于大型立式离心铸造,采用铸铁作为铸型的材质时,铸型发生碎裂的风险较高,为此给出了铸型的强度校核方法。在强度校核中,涉及铸型最高温度的估算,需对不定方程进行求解。采用逐次逼近算法,能得到较为准确的结果。
The large thick wall sheath in high manganese aluminum bronze used for export is one of the important components of the marine propeller, and the quality requirement of this component is very high. The method to determine the technological parameters of centrifugal casting and the design of the casting mould were introduced, in this article. The author presented a method to calculate the depth of fillet puncture in casting, which offers the basis theory for the design of the metal allowance of fillet puncture in casting. For the large vertical centrifugal casting, the risk of the mould break is high when material of the metal mould is cast iron. Therefore, the author stated a method of strength check for the metal mould. During the strength check, the maximum temperature of casting mould shall be calculated, and this needs to seek the solution of indefinite equations. The successive approximation algorithm was used to acquire a more accurate result.
