摘要
目前,我国高校拖拉机汽车教学团队建设还未形成有效的体系,教学团队建设必须积极拓宽思路,创新思想,提升教学团队建设的科学内涵。综观文献,对国外拖拉机汽车相关学科的发展现状进行了分析,总结了目前国内高校拖拉机汽车教学团队建设的主要问题在于没有形成有效的教学团队管理机制,进而引发教学团队内外部环境中的诸多问题。结合国外相关行业团队管理与教学经验,从优化教学团队管理机制,建立绩效考核制度,在科研、校企合作、团队文化建设带动师资发展等方面提出了建设团队的建议。
At present, the teaching team construction of tractor in colleges and universities is not an effective system, the construction of the team must actively broaden the thinking, innovative ideas, improve the scientifi c connotation of teaching team construction. Throughout the all literatures, the present state of tractor related disciplines are analyzed, summarized the present domestic tractor teaching team construction of the main problem is not form effective teaching management mechanism, causing many problems of teaching team, internal and external environment. Based on foreign experience in related industry team management and teaching, from the optimized teaching team management mechanism, set up a performance appraisal system, in scientifi c research, cooperation between colleges and team culture construction of driving the development of teachers, put forward the Suggestions on building the team.
