摘要
由于采样值(SV)报文在交换机内的传输延时具有不确定性,目前主要通过全站合并单元(MU)接入统一同步时钟实现采样同步,造成网络采样同步严重依赖于外部时钟,也违反了保护功能不应依赖于外部对时系统的基本原则。采样同步技术是"网采"模式能否真正走向实用,以及智能变电站网络结构能否得到大幅度简化的关键。文中详细分析了各种采样方式的优劣,提出了基于交换机数据传输延时测量的新型采样同步原理,该方案原理简单可靠,可通过对等效MU数据接收时刻进行合理性校验实现对交换机转发延时正确性的校验,方案具有很好的推广前景。
Owing to the uncertainty of sampling value(SV)packet transmission delay in switches,sampling synchronization is mainly achieved by the unified synchronous clock in the smart substation,resulting in network synchronization heavily dependent on the external clock.It also violates the basic principles of protection not relying on external synchronization system.Sampling synchronization technology is the key to whether the network sampling mode can really be practical and whether the network structure of smart substation can be greatly simplified if the sampling synchronization problem is to be well resolved.This paper gives a detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various sampling methods and puts forward a new type of synchronous sampling principle based on delay measurement of switch data transmission.The principle is simple and reliable;the correctness check of delay measurement of the switches can be achieved by evaluating the rationality of the equivalent merging unit data receiving time.The scheme has very good promotion prospects.
