摘要
参照SERVPERF模型及专业学位研究生教育服务质量界定与特点,以调研方式和分析论证,形成全日制专业学位研究生教育服务质量测评指标体系,通过全日制专业学位研究生对本学校专业学位研究生教育服务质量问卷调查,以SPSS 18.0作为统计工具,分析教育服务质量的重要性-感知绩效(IPA)程度,构建一个以重要性和感知绩效为纵横坐标轴的二维象限图,反映出哪些指标具有竞争优势或需要优先改进或需要继续维持或属于次要关注。分析表明,大部分专业学位研究生对该阶段学习所获得专业知识和技能的结果较为满意;对今后的职业发展的教育服务并不满意,高校仍需要加快加大改善专业学位研究生教育的实践性和应用价值等"专业性"维度项目的速度与力度。
By referring to SERVPERF model and the definition and characteristics of the service quality for professional degree education, and using research methods and analysis and demonstration to construct a evaluation index system of education service quality for full-time professional degree education, and taking a questionnaire survey about education service quality among some full-time professional degrees, using SPSS 18.0as the statistical tools,to analyze the importance-performance of education service quality(IPA),this study constructed a two-dimensional quadrant of the importance and performance which as the vertical and horizontal axes, reflecting the indicators which have competitive advantages or priority needs to continue to improve or maintain or belong to a secondary concern.the analysis showed that most of professional degrees students are satisfied with the professional knowledge and skills which are acquired by this stage; but they are not satisfied with the educational services of career development in the future, so universities still need to pay more efforts to increase and improve the practicality and value of professional degree education and other relative projects in"professional" dimension.
