摘要
采用单因素试验法对R_2O-RO-ZnO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-P_2O_5-B_2O_3-ZrO_2系统进行调试,研制出一种适合辊道窑快烧的低成本低锆乳浊熔块釉,在线使用效果优良。通过对釉面Lab色值的对比研究,分析配方组成对釉面效果的影响;采用XRD分析推测低锆釉的乳浊机理。
In the paper,the R_2O-RO-ZnO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-P_2O_5-B_2O_3-ZrO_2 system was adjusted by single factor experiment method to design a low cost and low zirconium opaque frit glaze suitable for roller kiln firing.The product had a good utilize effect,the influence of formulation composition on glaze surface effect was analyzed by comparative study of glaze Lab color value.Through the analysis of XRD patterns,the opacifying mechanism of the Low-zirconium glaze was presumed.
