摘要
本文系统研究美加英法澳的国家档案馆应用社交媒体创新档案服务的实践特点。总体而言,它们应用社交媒体的类型丰富,包括创作发表、资源共享、协同编辑和社交服务四种;范围广泛,指向公众、档案馆及政府机关。它们应用社交媒体创新档案服务初见成效,但也面临用户局限性、控制难度大和文件管理等难题,还会受国家政策的干预。
This article takes the national archives of the U.S, Canada, the U.K, France and Australia for examples to study the practical characteristics of their innovations in archival service through social me- dia systematically. On the whole, there are different types of social media, including creative publishing, re- source sharing, co-editing as well as social service media. They also have a wide range of the public, archives and governments. Initial success has been achieved. However, they face several difficulties such as the big problem of control, the limitation of users, and records management. In addition, the policy inter- vention should also not be neglected.
