摘要
目的探讨种植牙患者采用系统化口腔健康教育的应用效果和临床价值。方法选取我院于2011年10月~2012年6月收治的接受人工牙种植手术患者86例,将其根据数字表法分为对照组和观察组等两个组别,各组别患者均为43例,其中对照组患者均采用常规健康教育护理,观察组患者均采用系统化口腔健康教育联合常规健康教育护理,观察比较两种健康教育方法的应用效果。结果观察组患者健康教育护理优良率显著高于对照组,数据比较存在明显统计学差异（P〈0.05）。护理后,观察组与对照组患者SAS（焦虑自评量表）评分与HAMD（汉密尔顿抑郁量表）评分与护理前相比均明显改善,且观察组患者SAS评分与HAMD评分均低于对照组,数据比较均存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）。通过随访调查发现,观察组患者3年内种植牙成功率和护理满意度等均高于对照组,数据比较差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论种植牙患者采用系统化口腔健康教育,可有效缓解或改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其种植牙成功率和护理满意度,应用效果良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect and clinical value of systematic oral health education in dental implant patients. Methods 86 patients who received dental implant surgeries from October 2011 to June 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education and nursing care, while the observation group received systematic oral health education combined with routine health education and nursing care, and the application effect in the two groups were compared. Results The excellent health education and nursing care rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistical different（P〈0.05）. After nursing care, the SAS scores and HAMD scores of the two groups were obviously better than those before, and the two scores of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The follow-up investigation showed that the dental implant success rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group within 3 years after surgery were all higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of systematic oral health education in dental implant patients can effectively alleviate or improve the patients＇ anxiety and depression, as well as raise the dental implants success rate and patients＇ satisfaction rate, which is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
