摘要
采用粉末包埋法渗铝,研究了稀土催渗对机械研磨316L不锈钢渗铝工艺的影响,并对渗铝层进行了显微组织及成分分布的研究,结果表明,稀土元素及机械研磨对316L不锈钢渗铝过程有显著的促进作用,当渗铝剂内稀土含量3%-5%,机械研磨时间8 h时,渗铝效果最好,获得的渗铝层组织致密、成分呈梯度变化,硬度提高。并对其作用机制进行了分析研究,机械研磨可使表面晶粒破碎细化,组织结构缺陷增多,大尺寸稀土原子的渗入,又引起表面缺陷密度增殖,铝原子获得更多的扩散通道而起到催渗作用。
The aluminized coating on 316 L stainless steels was prepared by pack cementation. The effects of rare earths(RE) elements and surface mechanical activation treatment(SMAT) on the process of aluminizing were studied. Microstructure and components distribution of aluminizing layer were also investigated. The results indicated that RE and SMAT can stimulate the aluminizing process. Optimum parameters were obtained as RE addition in agent with 3% - 5% mass fraction and SMAT for samples with 8 hours. The aluminized layer we obtained is compact and ingredients gradient change and hardness increase. Effect mechanism of RE and SMAT on the aluminizing process was also investigated. The grains on the surface of 316 L stainless steel samples can be broken under the shot peening of grinding balls in the process of SMAT,resulting in more and more defects such as dislocation,grain boundaries and so on. Jumbo size RE atoms can permeate into the matrix following these defects' channel,which propagates the defects density. Amount of permeation channels into matrix of aluminium atoms will be formed and the promotion roles of RE and SMAT was so explored.
