摘要
作为重要的化工原料和清洁能源,氢气被广泛应用在各个领域。由于氢气易燃易爆及易泄露的特性,氢气浓度的检测已成为其生产、使用过程中非常重要的一个环节。本文简单介绍了现有电化学型、电学型及光学型氢气传感器的原理、特点、适用范围以及技术现状。以此为基础,对氢气传感器的发展趋势进行了简要分析,特别是对光纤氢气传感器的技术前景进行了展望。
As an important chemical raw material and clean energy,hydrogen is widely used in various fields. Hydrogen gas concentration detection has become a very important part in the process of production and use for the characteristics of inflammable,explosive and leakage. In this paper,the theories,characteristics,application scope and technical status of the existing electrochemical,electrical and optical hydrogen sensors are briefly introduced. And based on this,the hydrogen sensor 's trend of development is analyzed,especially the technology of optical fiber hydrogen sensor is prospected.
