红景天苷磷脂复合物的体外透皮试验 被引量:3

In Vitro Transdermal Permeation of Salidroside Phospholipid Complex

摘要 目的:考察红景天苷磷脂复合物的体外透皮特性,为改善红景天苷的皮肤透过性能提供参考。方法:以离体昆明种小鼠皮肤作渗透屏障,采用改良直立式Franz扩散池法进行体外透皮特性研究。利用HPLC测定红景天苷含量,流动相乙腈-水-磷酸(15∶85∶0.05),检测波长275 nm。结果:红景天苷磷脂复合物和红景天苷醇溶液组的8 h累积渗透量分别为(14.8±0.42),(3.01±0.41)μg·cm^(-2),红景天苷磷脂复合物组的增透系数是红景天苷醇溶液组的52倍,给药8 h后在小鼠离体皮肤中的滞留量分别为0.95,0.02μg·cm^(-2)。结论:红景天苷磷脂复合物溶液能明显提高红景天苷在小鼠皮肤中的滞留量和经皮透过量。 Objective: To investigate in vitro transdermal permeability of salidroside phospholipid complex. Method: Taking isolated mice skin as permeability barrier,in vitro permeation test was performed by modified Franz diffusion pool. HPLC was adopted to determine the content of salidroside with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid( 15 ∶ 85 ∶ 0. 05) and detection wavelength at 275 nm. Result: Cumulative permeation amounts of salidroside phospholipid complex and salidroside alcohol solution in 8 h were( 14. 8 ± 0. 42)μg·cm-2 and( 3. 01 ± 0. 41) μg·cm-2,retention of salidroside in isolated mice skin were 0. 95 μg·cm-2 and0. 02 μg·cm-2,enhancement permeation coefficient of salidroside phospholipid complex was 52 times the amount of salidroside alcohol solution. Conclusion: Ability of permeation is strengthened after salidroside being formed into phospholipid complex.
