摘要
目的:对气阴两虚、脉络瘀阻型消渴痹证采取中药穴位敷贴联合依帕司他、甲钴胺治疗,探讨其疗效及机理。方法:52例气阴两虚、脉络瘀阻型消渴痹证患者,随机分成治疗组及对照组,每组26例,治疗组予中药穴位敷贴联合甲钴胺、依帕司他治疗,对照组仅予甲钴胺及依帕司他治疗,疗程2周,观察其治疗前后疗效变化。结果:治疗后两组患者中医症候评分,多伦多临床评分均明显下降、临床症候疗效有效率增加、神经传导速度明显改善(P<0.01)。治疗组中医症候评分,多伦多临床评分、神经传导速度前后差值,临床症候疗效有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药穴位敷贴联合西药治疗气阴两虚、脉络瘀阻型消渴痹证可以明显改善临床症状,提高整体生活质量,延缓病情发展,且中药穴位敷贴无明显不良反应及毒副作用,有其良好的治疗前景及临床应用价值。
Object：To evaluate the effects and mechanism of combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture applicator mecobalamin epalrestat on treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods：52 patients with DPN were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group, 26 patents in each group. Treatment group received acupoints application combined with epalrestat and mecobalamin, the control group received epalrestat and mecobalamin. The changes of effect were measured after 2 weeks. Result：after the treatment, The TCM symptom score and TCSS were significantly decreased（P 0.01） in each group. Effective rate were increased. NCV were improved.The differences of TCM symptom score, TCSS and NCV between before and after the treatment in TCM acupoints application group were higher than the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion ：Acupuncture applicator combined with western medicine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy Qiyinliangxu mailuoyuzu can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life, slow progression of the disease, There are good clinical drug value.
