摘要
大学生人际环境是指环绕在大学生周围影响其思想、政治、道德、观念的形成和发展的人际关系所构成的环境。对正处于人生观、世界观发展定型关键时期的大学生来说,良好的人际环境对其成人成材有重要意义。作为高校的管理者,应正确分析高校人际环境的一些新问题,在此基础上采取积极的措施,优化大学生的人际环境,促进大学生的成才和发展。
College students＇ interpersonal environment is the environment of interpersonal relationship around college students, affecting their formation and development of ideology, politics, morals and concept. To college students who are in the critical setting period of philosophy and concept of world, good interpersonal environment is of great significance to college students＇ brilliant future. College administrators should correctly analyze the new problems in college interpersonal environment, and take positive measures to optimize college students＇ interpersonal environment and to promote their development.
