椎间盘髓核细胞老化的微环境因素研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 椎间盘退变(intervertebral disc degeneration,IDD)继发的脊柱不稳与椎管狭窄是引起腰腿痛的主要原因。老化的髓核细胞(nucleus pulposus cells,NPCs)在退变的椎间盘组织中广泛聚集,这些老化的NPCs能诱导并加速IDD。与细胞程序性凋亡不同,老化细胞仍有代谢活性,却停止分裂增殖,同时上调炎症因子和基质降解酶的表达,通过形成老化分泌表型(senescent-associated secretory phenotypes,SASP)来恶化邻近细胞生存的微环境。
