摘要
丝绸之路经济带背景下的青海面临着新的战略选择,如何把握此次机遇是优化产业结构,促进经济新增长的关键。文章采用偏离份额分析法,对比分析了青海和全国2010-2014年的产业结构数据,得出了青海的产业结构及演变现状。第一产业是夕阳产业,第二产业是重点发展产业,第三产业是朝阳产业,在产业结构演变中已经出现由第二产业向第三产业转移的趋势。因此应以加快东部产业转移为手段,促进第二产业内部转型升级;重点布局物流和旅游服务业,全面快速发展第三产业。
Under the background of the silk road economic belt in Qinghai province are facing a new strategic choice,optimize the industrial structure is new growth key by how to grasp the opportunity and promote economic. Compared with the national industrial structure and combining with deviation share analysis,concluded the current situation of industrial structure in Qinghai. The first industry is a sunset industry,the second industry is the key development industry,The third industry is a sunrise industry. In the industrial structure evolution has emerged from the second industry to the tertiary industry in the trend of the transfer. So,should be to speed up the eastern industrial transfer as the means,to promote the second industry internal transformation and upgrading;key layout of logistics and tourism services,comprehensive and rapid development of the third industry.
