摘要
以112个环保重点城市为样本,采用系统动态面板技术,分析了PM2.5与区域经济发展的关系。结果显示,人类经济活动会提升PM2.5的浓度,但经济发展与PM2.5的浓度并非线性关系,而是符合环境库兹涅兹曲线;不同区域和不同发展水平的城市降低PM2.5浓度的路径存在显著差异,包括城市化水平、城市结构和产业结构差异等。在当前发展水平下,中西部城市提高工业化比重可有效降低区域PM2.5;东部城市工业的高能耗和高污染化会提升区域PM2.5,但环境治理对降低区域PM2.5有显著作用。
Taking 112 major environmental - protection cities as samples, this essay studies on the relationship between PM2.5 and regional economic growth through system - GMM. The results show as follows: Firstly, the economic activities of human beings would promote the concentration of PM2.5, but the relationship between the economic development and the concentration of PM2.5 does not abide by the linear relationship, but in line with the Environmental Kuznets Curve. Secondly, dramatic differences exists in ways to decrease the concentration of PM 2.5 in different regions and cities with different development levels, including the levels of urbanization, the structure of the city, and the industrial structure. Therefore, with current development levels, cities in the central and western can effectively decrease the concentration of the regional PM2.5 by im- proving the proportion of industrialization. In eastern cities, though the development of highly - polluted industries with high energy consumption could increase the concentration of the PM2.5, the efforts made to the environment regulation still plays an important role in decreasing the concentration of PM2.5.
