摘要
通过对比不同均匀化制度处理后的超塑5083铝合金扁锭的组织和性能,确定单级和双级均匀化处理制度;对比不同均匀化制度处理后的5083铝合金扁锭冷轧板晶粒尺寸表明,经双级均匀化处理后的冷轧板材组织更细小、弥散,这种细小组织对板材超塑性能有利,而且双级均匀化处理后其轧板的晶粒尺寸与进口料的相差不大。
The single-stage and two-stage homogenization treatment are determined by comparison on microstructure and mechanical properties of superplastic 5083 aluminum alloy slabs treated by different homogenization processing. After analysis on grain sizes of coldrolled sheets of 5083 aluminum alloy, it is found that the microstructure is more refined,dispersive, and helpful in superplasticity after the two-stage homogenization. Moreover, the grain sizes of the sheets after two-stage homogenization are similar to those of the imported materials.
