以含氟含氢聚硅氧烷(FPHMS)、端环氧基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(APEE)、三乙醇胺等为原料,经硅氢加成、环氧基氨解开环反应,制得一种新型阳离子氟硅表面活性剂(QAFS)。用IR、^1H-NMR对QAFS的结构进行了表征,并对QAFS的界面性能进行了测定。结果表明:QAFS水溶液的临界胶束浓度(cmc)为0.298 g/L,cmc处表面张力(γcmc)为27.74 m N/m;质量分数为0.5%的QAFS水溶液发泡力为1.93,5 min稳泡性为0.821;QAFS对非极性环己烷、煤油、石油醚具有较强的乳化能力,对苯的增溶力为3.0;在硬水中的稳定性为5级。
The novel cationic fluorosilicone surfactants (QAFS) was prepared by hydrosilylation and epoxy ammonia ring-opening reaction from fluorine-containing and hydrogen-containing polysiloxane (FPHMS), ep- oxy-terminated poly(ethylene oxide) allyl ether (APEE) and triethanolamine (TEA). The chemical structure of QAFS was characterized by IR and 'H-NMR. The surface properties of QAFS were also investigated. The ex- perimental results showed that the critical micelle concentration (cmc) of 0.5% QAFS aqueous solution was 0.298 g/L. The surface tension (γcmc) at cmc was 27.74 mN/m. The foaming power of 0.5% QAFS (mass frac- tion) aqueous solution was 1.93 and foam stability after 5 min was 0.821. The emulsifying capacity of 0.5% QAFS solution was strong for non-polar solvent cyclohexane, kerosene and petroleum ether. The solubilizing capacity of 0.5% QAFS solution for benzene was 3.0. The stability of QAFS in hard water was grade 5.
