摘要
总结聚酰胺酯纤维及其纱线的主要性能。分析了聚酰胺酯纤维的形态和性能指标,介绍了聚酰胺酯纤维纺纱工艺,探讨了聚酰胺酯纱线与同规格涤纶纱线的成纱指标差异。结果表明:聚酰胺酯纤维的力学性能与棉纤维相近,回潮率是普通涤纶的两倍,可常压无载体沸染,节能降耗,节约成本;聚酰胺酯纤维的纺纱工艺与涤纶类似,对设备无特殊要求;聚酰胺酯纱线的强度与棉纱相近,伸长率略低于普通涤纶纱,初始模量较棉纱和普通涤纶纱下降较大,体现了聚酰胺酯纤维仿棉及手感柔软的特点。认为聚酰胺酯纤维具有良好的可纺性,通过纺纱工艺的不断优化,可作为仿棉织物的重要原料。
The main properties of polyesteramide fiber and its yarn were summarized. The morphology and property indexes of polyesteramide fiber were analyzed. The spinning technology of polyesteramide fiber was introduced. The yarn index differences of polyesterarnide yarn and polyester yarn with same specification were discussed. The results show that the mechanical property of polyesteramide fiber is close to cotton fiber. Its moisture regain is two times of common polyester. It can adopt no carrierboiling dyeing at normal pressure to save the ener gy and cost. The spinning technology of polyesteramide fiber is similar with polyester, it has no special requirement for the equipment. The strength of polyesteramide yarn is close to cotton yarn while the elongation is lower than that of common polyester yarn. The initial modulus decrease more compared with cotton yarn and common polyester yarn. The properties of polyesteramide fiber is shown imitating cotton and with soft hand feeling. It is considered that the spinnability of polyesteramide fiber is better. Through continuous optimization of spinning process,it can be used as the main material for cotton imitating fabric.
