摘要
立足少数民族地区职业教育补偿机制的价值意义倾向性追求、改革转型以及创新发展的视角,对当前民族区域实施的职业教育补偿机制所面临的一些热点难题进行分析梳理,深入探析当前的政策性补偿机制在民族区域职业教育领域实施中存在的一些问题,尤其是深入探析在主体客体之间以及内容形式等等层面所存在的问题,并从这些方面提出职业补偿机制转型的基本思路及解决补偿机制建设中所遇问题的实施对策和建议,为少数民族地区职业教育补偿机制的健全和完善以及职业教育的可持续创新发展提供理论支撑。
This paper is based on the value pu rsuit and reform of the compensation mechanism of minority areas vocational education. Analysis the problems of the compensation mechanism of minority areas vocational education in the subject, object, content, form and other aspects. And puts forward the basic ideas of the transformation of professional compensation mechanism in these areas and the countermeasures to solve the problems in the construction of compensation mechanism. The research provide the necessary theoretical support for the further improvement of the compensation mechanism of vocational education in ethnic minority areas and the sustainable development of Vocational education.
