摘要
目的:建立微波消解—石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,用于蔬菜中微量镉的测定。方法:选择最优的微波消解条件进行消解,采用磷酸二氢铵作为基体改进剂,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法进行蔬菜中镉含量的测定。结果:在优化的最佳消解条件和仪器检测条件下,方法具有很好的准确度和灵敏度,试验的RSD为2.4%~4.0%,回收率为95.8%~99.1%,检出限为0.010μg/L。结论:方法具有灵敏度高、稳定性好、检出限低、回收率高等特点,能满足蔬菜中镉含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method by GFAAS with microwave digestion, used for the determination of trace cadmium in vegetables. Methods: Select the optimal conditions of microwave digestion, using ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as matrix modifier, by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry to determine the content of cadmium in vegetables. Results: In the optimization of the optimum digestion conditions and instrument testing conditions, this method has good accuracy and sensitivity, the RSD was 2.4 % - 4.0 %, the recovery was 95.8 % - 95.8 %, the detection limitof this method was 0.010 tag/L. Conclusion: There are ttraits of high sensitivity, good stability, low detection limit, high recovery rate for this method, it can satisfy the determination of cadmium content in vegetables.
