摘要
论文调研了当前高校图书馆读者培训工作的现状,针对当前高校图书馆读者培训参与读者少的问题,建立一套行之有效的读者培训营销方案,提高读者参与度。以华南农业大学图书馆读者培训工作为例,介绍了基于营销策略的读者培训工作实践效果。
This paper investigates the current situation of the readers training work, and establishes an effective marketing program for the current issues of readers training work in university library to improve readers' participation. Then it takes the readers training work of South China Agricultural University Library as an example, introduces its practical effects based on marketing concept.
