摘要
目的建立一种同时测定工作场所空气中铅、镉、铜、锌、铬及其化合物含量的方法。方法用微孔滤膜采集工作场所空气中金属及其化合物,5 mL浓硝酸做为消解液,加热消解,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定。结果方法在0.0μg/L^10.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数>0.999,最低检测浓度为0.00043~0.000 81 mg/m^3,精密度RSD在1.03%~3.98%之间,回收率89.0%~105.0%之间。结论该方法具有简便、快速、准确、线性范围宽、灵敏度高的优点,符合GBZ/T《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》的要求,结果令人满意。
Abstract :Objective To establish a method to determine Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, Cr and their compounds simultaneously in workplace. Methods Metals and metallic compounds in the air of workplace were collected with micro porous filter membrane. The sample was digested by hot 5mL concentrated nitric acid and was determined by ICP-MS simultaneously. Results A satisfactory linear relationship was obtained over the range of 0.0μg/L-10.0μg/L. The correlation coefficient is above 0.999. The minimum detection limit concentrations was 0.000 43-0.000 81mg/m3. The precision was between 1.03 %-3.98 %. The Recovery was between 89.0%-105.0 %. Conclusions This method was simple, rapid, accurate, wide linearity, high sensibility, and met the requirements of (GBZzT) Part 4 The determination of chemicals in the air of workplace. The result was satisfactory.
