摘要
目的：探讨手术室安全管理中的细节管理的方法及效果。方法：选取某院手术室13名护理人员，于2013年1月-2013年8月实施细节管理，对比实施前后消毒隔离评分、质量安全评分、差错率及患者护理满意度。结果：实施细节管理后，护理工作考核成绩、质量安全评分及消毒隔离评分明显高于管理之前，差错率明显低于管理之前，两者间的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；护工满意度、患者满意度以及医生满意度明显高于管理之前，两者间的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：手术安全管理中实施细节管理，可提高护理人员能力，提高患者的护理满意度，值得应用推广。
Objective：To study the operating methods and the effect of safety management in detail management. Methods：13 nurses were selected form nursing department, from January 2013 to August 2013 details management was implemented,disinfection and isolation score before and after, quality and safety of grading, error rate, and patient care satisfaction were compared.Results：after the implementation details of management,care training examination results, the quality and safety evaluation and the management of disinfection score were significantly higher than before, the fault rate is obviously lower than before the management,the differences statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Details management satisfaction with care,patient satisfaction,and later the doctor degree of satisfaction is significantly higher than before the management,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conelusion：Detail management in surgery room can enhance pursing personnel＇s capability and elevate satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
