钴快速检测粉剂的研制及其在现场水质分析中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 根据钴离子与1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚发生显色反应的原理,研制了适合于现场快速测定水中钴含量的钴检测粉剂Ⅰ和Ⅱ。使用时先在水样中加入钴检测粉剂Ⅰ,反应5min后,再加入钴检测粉剂Ⅱ,反应10min后,在波长585nm处测量吸光度。钴的质量浓度在0.05~0.70mg·L^(-1)范围内与吸光度呈线性关系,检出限(3σ)为0.02mg·L^(-1)。实际废水样品的测定结果与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法的测定结果相符,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)小于5.0%,加标回收率在108%~109%之间。 Based on the color reaction of Co(Ⅱ)with 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol,the cobalt detection powder I and II were prepared for rapid on-site determination of cobalt in water.Cobalt detection powder I was firstly added into the water sample,after reaction for 5 minutes,cobalt detection powder II was added.After reaction for 10 minutes,the absorbance of the solution at 585 nm was measured.Linear relationship was found between the absorbance and the mass concentration of Co(Ⅱ)in the range of 0.05-0.70 mg·L-1,with the detection limit(3σ)of 0.02 mg·L-1.The determination results of waste water samples were in consistent with those obtained by ICP-AES.RSDs(n=7)were less than 5.0% and recovery rates obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 108%-109%.
