摘要
人才法律制度在一定程度上体现了人才学与法学的交叉与融合,考察西方发达国家在人才培养、吸引、使用、流动等方面的法律制度,有助于借鉴其合理成分进而弥补我国人才法律制度中的局限与不足。在今后的人才工作中,需要更加重视人才培训的立法工作,不断完善人才引进与人才流动等方面的法律制度,以期为我国人才工作的顺利开展提供更为完善的法律制度保障。
The legal institutes of talent embody the overlap and integration between the talentology and the jurisprudence. The reasonable components of the legal institutes of talent in foreign countries, which involve in the fostering, the usage, the immigration of talent, will afford us lessons and our country is capable of utilizing them to consummate the drawback in our legal institutes of talent. The legislation about the training of talent should be emphasized and other legal institutes which are relevant to the immigration of talent should be consolidated as well, so that the talent resources development of China can be safeguarded by these legal institutes.
