摘要
随着高等教育招生规模的不断扩大,大学生就业难正逐渐成为高等教育的新常态。农业院校英语专业毕业生在就业市场的竞争力较低,这是毕业生的专业核心能力不足、专业特色不明显以及农业院校英语专业师资队伍建设不足等原因造成的。面对农业院校英语专业毕业生就业难的现状,要突出农业院校特色、强化实践能力培养、提升专业英语教师的教学水平,以提升农业院校英语专业毕业生的就业竞争力。
With the further expansion of our country＇ s higher education, it is becoming increasingly difficult for graduates to get employed, which is closely related to a low-leveled professional competiveness, poor professional uniqueness and a poorly-equipped professional faculty. To solve this difficulty, it is imperatively crucial for us to highlight the agricultural characteristics, strengthen the cultivation of practical abilities and promote English-majored teachers＇ teaching art.
