摘要
教学团队是开展教学的重要载体,其运作过程直接决定着教学质量,而教学团队运作的优劣很大程度取决于教学团队的特征.在对前人研究成果进行梳理和归纳的基础上,构建教学团队特征、运作过程与教学质量的指标体系和结构方程理论模型,借助AMOS和SPSS软件进行信度效度检验、拟合度检验和模型修正,明确教学团队特征、运作过程与教学质量的路径及结构关系,修正后的模型能够较真实地反映样本学校教学团队的情况.路径和结构检验表明:教学团队特征对教学质量具有显著影响,但对人才能力素质培养的影响不足,教学团队中双师型和教龄尚未发挥应有的作用,沟通仍是教学团队提高教学质量的重要中介,团队运作效率有待提高.
Teaching team is an important carrier to carry out teaching, its operation determines the quality of teaching process directly, and the merits of teaching team operation depends on teaching team features mostly. Based on the sort and summary of the previous research results, the paper constructs index system and t SEM theory model of team characteristics, operational processes and teaching quality. With the help of AMOS software, the paper tests the reliability, validity and fitting of the theory model to clear the path and structural relationship among teaching team characteristics, operational processes and teaching quality. The amended model can truly reflect the situation of teaching team in the sample schools, through which we draw the conclusion that teaching team features have a significant impact on the quality of teaching rather than graduates’ competency, and double type and seniority in teaching team characteristics haven’t play its due role, and communication is still the only intermediary for teaching team to improve teaching quality. Above all, team operational efficiency needs to be further improved.
