开关磁阻电机功率变换器故障在线诊断 被引量:5

On-line Fault Diagnosis for Power Converter of Switched Reluctance Motor

摘要 提出了一种开关磁阻电机(Switched Reluctance Motor,SRM)不对称半桥功率变换器的在线实时故障诊断及故障器件定位方法。该方法仅需调速系统中的电流环给定值以及相电流瞬时值,无需增加额外传感器。通过实时计算的三相电流不平衡度信息并结合故障检测表来检测故障相及故障类型。检测出故障相后,发出相应故障检测脉冲通过检测故障相电流响应来定位故障器件。最后,在样机调速控制系统中分别模拟单相上管、下管的开路及短路故障对该算法进行了测试,实验结果表明该方法可以快速准确的诊断出故障类型及故障器件,且适应电机的不同运行工况。 An on-line real time fault diagnosis and fault device location method for asymmetric bridge topology power converter of switched reluctance motor(SRM) is proposed in this paper.Instead of additional sensors,the presented method uses the referenced current of the speed regulating system and the measured phase currents only.Fault phase and type are detected by real time computation of the three-phase current unbalance factor and the fault detection lookup table.After fault phase is detected,the fault device is identified by detecting the current response of the fault phase after generating corresponding fault detection pulse.Finally,the algorithm is tested on the experimental platform of a SRM speed regulating system by simulating single-phase open-circuit fault and short-circuit fault of each IGBT.The experimental results verify that the proposed method is suitable for different operation conditions of the motor and can diagnose fault type and device quickly and accurately.
