摘要
针对某CNG子站撬装压缩机组,建立了有限元模型,对机组起吊过程和考虑现场风雪载荷作用下进行了强度分析和稳定性分析;为控制整个撬装机组系统的振动,先对机组进行了模态分析,然后同时考虑了压缩机本体不平衡力和力矩以及管路上脉动激振力的影响,进行了谐响应分析。分析结果与相关标准要求进行了对比,为撬装压缩机组的结构设计和振动控制提供了必要的理论参考。
A finite element model is presented to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of a CNG daughter station compressor package. A static analysis and a linear buckling analysis are performed to evaluate the strength and stability of the compressor pack- age during the lifting process. The influence of wind and snow loads on the compressor package is also investigated. To control the vibration of the whole package unit system, the modal analysis is carried out firstly. Then a harmonic response analysis is carried out to investigate the influence of imbalance forces and torques of the compressor and acoustic shaking forces on the pipeline. The nu- merical simulation resuhs are compared with the relevant standards. The analysis methods in this paper provide necessary theoretical reference for the design and vibration control of compressor packages.
