摘要
以甲醛为碳源,在微生物降解甲醛驯化体系中添加6种不同含硫化合物,考察其对微生物生长的影响及对微生物降解甲醛能力的影响。经过8 d驯化降解实验,结果表明:在甲醛浓度为600 mg/L左右的驯化体系中,添加Na2S2O8实验组对微生物生长有明显的促进作用,菌液吸光度(D600 nm)由0.309增加到1.581;添加Na_2SO_3实验组微生物对甲醛降解效果最佳,甲醛去除率最高可达100%;添加Na_2SO_3与Na2S2O8混合溶液以及改变Na_2SO_3浓度对其均没有明显影响。
The effects of six different sulfur-containing compounds were studied on formaldehyde degradation processing in a setup where microorganisms were domesticated with formaldehyde as the carbon source. The effects of each compound on microbial growth and formaldehyde degradation were studied. The results of 8-day domesticated degradation showed that when the formaldehyde concentration was 600 mg / L,the addition of Na_2S_2O_8 significantly enhanced microbial growth; the microbial absorbance( D600 nm) increased from 0. 309 to1. 581. On the other hand,Na_2SO_3 addition significantly enhanced formaldehyde degradation,with up to 100%formaldehyde removal. The addition of a mixture of Na_2SO_3 and Na2S2O8with varying concentrations of Na_2SO_3 did not have significant effects on the degradation process.
