摘要
近几年,全球服务外包"回流",在岸服务外包在整个服务外包产业发展中的重要性日益凸显。加快在岸服务外包的发展,是福建省服务外包产业转型升级的重要渠道,亦是必然选择。本土巨大的市场需求、地方政府的鼓励政策、离岸服务外包的迅猛发展、福建自由贸易实验区的建设等为福建在岸服务外包的发展创造了一系列条件。因此,福建省政府应完善在岸服务外包政策,创造良好的产业发展环境;服务外包企业要不断创新,围绕福建自贸区的建设对接一线城市的服务外包转移,促进在岸服务外包的发展。
There has been a world-wide outsoureing backflow in the recent years, and the onshore service outsoureing becomes more and more important. Quickening the development of onshore service outsourcing is an important and inevitable channel for the transformation and upgrading of the service outsourcing industry in Fujian Province. The huge market demand, the encouraging policies from the local governments, the rapid development of offshore outsourcing services and the construction of free trade area of Fujian Province have created conditions for the development of Fujian onshore service outsourcing. Therefore, Fujian Provincial Government should perfect the onshore service outsoureing policy and create a good industrial development environment. Service outsourcing enterprises need to innovate continuously by connecting w/th the transference of service outsourcing from the first-tier cities, to promote the development of onshore service outsourcing.
