摘要
三环减速器是一种少齿差行星传动装置,其发热严重极易造成行星轴承烧毁甚至提前破坏。通过在UG中建立三环减速器的三维模型,将其导入ANSYS中,并考虑外载荷摩擦以及润滑油粘着摩擦对轴承温度场的影响,求出三环减速器输入轴行星轴承外载荷,根据赫兹理论得到施加温度场后输入轴行星轴承的刚度。结果表明考虑温度影响后,行星轴承刚度将会减小,造成行星轴承承载能力下降,为三环减速器散热系统的合理设计提供一定的理论依据。
Three ring gear reducer is a kind of planetary transmission with small tooth number difference,the serious heat easily cause burnout of the planetary bearing or even failure. Three-dimensional model is established in UG and imported into ANSYS. while the effect of friction of External load and lubricant on the temperature field of bearing is considered,the input shaft planetary bearing load is obtained. The input shaft bearing stiffness after heating is calculated according to HERZ theory. Results show that the input shaft bearing stiffness after heating is lower and the carrying capacity will decline,it can provide certain theoretical basis for the reasonable design of heat dissipating system.
