摘要
目前尽管中医硕士研究生培养已经取得了良好的效果,为社会培养出了大量优秀的中医临床人才,但目前的研究生模式培养存在一定的弊端。我们将中医硕士研究生的培养和住院医师规范化培训结合起来,通过建立严格组织管理体系,严格按照公共课培训、临床技能、专业课程等方案,以及严格的临床考核、轮转考核等一系列基于住院医师规范化培训的方式对硕士研究生进行培训,取得了良好的效果。因此作为研究生的培养,住院医师规范化培训将起到极为重要的作用。
Although it has achieved good results and cultivated a large number of excellent clinical professionals in TCM for society,the current training mode of graduate students of TCM still has some disadvantages.We combined the training of graduate students of TCM with the standardized resident training and trained the graduate students through the establishment of strict organization and management system,the strict execution of the training program of public courses,clinical skills,professional courses,etc.and the strict execution of clinical examinations,rotation examinations,etc.based on standardized resident training.It proofed to be effective.Therefore,the standardized resident training plays a very important role in the cultivation of graduate students of TCM.
