摘要
采取数理计算、分析归纳、经验阐述等论证办法,给出了燃油加装时进行密度修正的方法,论述了船舶在PSC检查过程中有关燃油含硫量指标严格控制的要求,及对燃油交付单、燃油样品的操作性要求,提出了燃油进机时加热温度的合理取值等对策。
