摘要
针对淮北矿业集团芦岭煤矿煤层松软、抽采钻孔易坍塌、抽采率较低等问题,利用新型钻护一体化护壁技术可以实现在大通径低螺旋钻杆内下支护筛管。对钻杆的凸棱进行参数优化并对支护筛管进行力学特性分析,联合配套机具,形成钻护一体化护壁工艺系统。
Aiming at to the soft coal seam,gas pipeline drill hole collapse easily, the lower pumping rate and other issues of Huaibei mining goup Luling coal mine ,the use of new drilling and protection integration technology can be achieved that inserting a pipeline in large diameter and low spiral drill. For drill the effectively parameter optimization and the analysis of the mechanical properties, combined with ancillary equipment, forming the integrated protection hole wall protection system.
