摘要
[目的]通过对黄瓜霜霉病防治药剂室内毒力测定和田间防效试验,筛选出对黄瓜霜霉病有较好抑菌效果的药剂。[方法]利用叶盘漂浮法,测定11种杀菌剂及3种复配药剂对黄瓜霜霉病的室内毒力,并进行田间药效试验。[结果]11种单剂中双炔酰菌胺、嘧菌酯、多抗霉素对黄瓜霜霉病的EC50值均小于1 mg/kg,有较好的防治效果。双炔酰菌胺和多抗霉素混配质量比为5∶1时,EC_(50)值为0.28 mg/kg,增效系数为2.35,研究表明2种药剂混配有明显的增效作用。[结论]36%双炔酰菌胺·多抗霉素SC用量在625 g a.i./hm2时对黄瓜霜霉病防效最为突出,可作为田间防治黄瓜霜霉病的有效药剂。
[Aims] The purpose is to screen out and determine single fungicide and hybrid agent with the better antibacterial effect by indoor toxicity trial and pharmacological function in field trial against cucumber downy mildew. [Methods] Three kinds of mixture agents and optimal scale of 11 fungicides against cucumber downy mildew were tested by leaf discfloating method and field test were conducted as well. [Results] The results indicated that their virulence value was lower than 1 mg/kg, exhibiting better antibacterial activity. The optimal hybrid agent was mandipropamid.polyoxins, with a ratio of 5:1, the ECs0 value and beneficiatly coefficient were 0.28 and 2.35 respectively. [Gonclusions] Mandipropamid'polyoxins 36% SC had prime effect to Pseudoperonospora cubensis at the application dose of 625 g a.i./ha, which can be used as an medicament for controlling P. cubensis in field.
