摘要
为了降低生产成本,现在大多数锌冶炼企业都把淘汰下来的锌电积阴极板横梁进行回炉再造,传统的铸造模具需要三到四人才能完成浇注任务,本文介绍了一种新型铸造模具的结构形式、操作方法等,对改善工作条件,降低劳动强度,提高劳动效率,保证铸造质量具有重要意义,是一个值得推广的新设备。
In order to reduce production costs, now the majority of zinc smelting enterprises take remeh- ing for discarded zinc electrowinning cathode plate beams, traditional casting molds need three to four people to complete the task of casting. The paper describes the structure of a new casting mold forms, methods of operation, it has important meaning in improving working conditions, reducing labor intensity and improving labor efficiency, and ensuring the quality of the casting, and it is a worthy popularized new equipment.
