摘要
试验选用不同种类的细菌、酵母菌和真菌,对它们的发酵液和菌丝进行多糖的提取,分别进行玉米生长与大豆植保素的累积试验。试验结果表明:真菌发酵液多糖处理在根长方面比对照增加31.75%,发芽率方面增加58.33%,增重方面高于对照55.54%。以大豆子叶法测定诱导产生植保素的合成方面在处理第5天中,真菌菌丝多糖诱导效果最好,在波长286nm下,OD值达到0.685,是对照组的3.98倍。在浓度筛选的试验中,在真菌菌丝多糖诱导浓度为50 mg/ml处理第6天时,大豆植保素的累积达到最大,OD值为0.744,是对照组的11.27倍。
This study selects from different kinds of bacteria,yeasts and fungi,what extracts Polysaccharide on fermentations and mycelium from them.Comparison effects of different kinds of microbal polysaccharides on the corn growth and soybean phytoalexin accumulation.The experimental results showed that:the polysaccha-ride treatment of fungal fermentation increased 3 1 .75% compared with the control in root length,the germina-tion rate increased by 58.33%,and the weight gain was higher than the control treatment 55.54%.In the de-termination of induced phytoalexin synthesis,the inducing effect of fungi polysaccharides is the best,and its OD value reached 0.685,which is 3.98 times higher than that of the control at a wavelength of286 nm in fifth days in soybean leaves.On concentration screening experiments,in the 6 th day,when inducing concentration of fungi polysaccharides reached 50 mg/ml,the soybean phytoalexin accumulation reached maximum,the OD value is 0.744,that is 1 1 .27 times higher than that of the control group.
