摘要
目的优选降脂合剂的提取和浓缩工艺。方法以丹酚酸B的含量为评价指标,以加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,采用正交实验优选其提取工艺;并对比研究减压浓缩和常压浓缩对合剂中丹酚酸B含量的影响。结果降脂合剂的最佳提取工艺确定为加10倍量水,煎煮2次,每次煎煮1.5 h;而减压或常压浓缩对合剂中丹酚酸B的含量无显著性影响。结论该提取和浓缩工艺合理可行,可有效地用于降脂合剂的生产。
Objective Select the extracting and concentrating technology of Jiangzhi Mixture. Methods We chose salvianolic acid B as the index to evaluate the influences of water volume, extracting time and frequency by the orthogonal design. We also studied contrastly the influences to the salvianolic acid B between concentrating under reduced pressure and atmospheric enrichment. Results We determined the processing technology as adding water 10 times the amount of the medicinal material, extracting twice and 1.5 hours per time. Two kinds of concentrating methods had no significant impact to the content of salvianolic acid B. Conclusion The processes were reasonable, practicable and could be effectively used for the production of Jiangzhi Mixture.
