摘要 基于现有国家创新体系研究文献,对国家创新体系概念的演进过程进行回溯,并对其在实践中所涉及到的机构中介作用进行探讨。通过对发展中国家行业协会中介作用的分析,提出了我国行业协会发展与国家创新体系建设的政策建议。 This paper reviews relevant research literatures on NIS and tracks the evolutionary process. And then, it explores the role of innovation intermediary institutions and proposes some suggestions for developing countries to enhance its NIS building.
