摘要
采用基波近似原理推导出LLC谐振变换器等效模型,深入分析半桥LLC工作状态。根据等效模型,重点研究了主要谐振参数对变换器直流增益的影响。通过仿真分析变换器零电压开通(ZVS)失效与负载和频率的关系,并对变换器各参数进行优化和限定最大输出功率,避免了ZVS失效。最后设计出150 W/48 V的变换器,仿真及实验均达到预期效果,进一步验证了该方法的正确性和可行性。
The equivalent model of half-bridge LLC resonant converter is developed based on fundamental approxim- tion principles.The working conditions of half-bridge LLC are deeply analyzed.The influence of resonant parameters on DC gain is studied.The relationship between zero voltage switching turning-on(ZVS) failure and load and frequency is analyzed based on simulation by which the parameters of the converter is optimized and the maximum output power is limited,which can avoid ZVS failure.Finally,the converter of 150 W/48 V is designed.The simulation and experimental results are up to expectations.
