摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗食管癌术后化疗反应的临床疗效。方法选择2011年1月—2013年12月食管癌术后住院接受化疗后应用复方苦参注射液和中药治疗56例为治疗组,同期化疗后常规西医治疗56例为对照组,比较化疗反应治疗主要观察指标的疗效。结果治疗组治愈12例,显著好转38例,有进步6例。对照组治愈5例,显著好转18例,有进步33例。2组显效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组在升高白细胞和缓减消化道反应方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液和中药补中益气汤配合化疗,能明显减少化疗的不良反应,疗效优于西医治疗。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of chemotherapy response after esophagectomy. Methods From January 2011 to December 2011, after esophagectomy hospitalized patients with chemotherapy after application of compound Kushen injection and Chinese medicine were selected as treatment group of 56 cases. At the same time, after chemotherapy patients received routine Western medicine were selected as control group of 56 cases. The curative effect of main observation indexes chemotherapy response was compared. Results In the treatment group, 12 cases were cured, 38 cases significantly improved, 6 cases had progress. In the control group, 5 cases were cured, 18 cases significantly improved, 33 cases had progress. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The difference between the two groups in elevating white blood cell and easing gastrointestinal reaction was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion compound Kushen injection and Chinese medicine Buzhong Yiqi decoction with chemotherapy can significantly reduce adverse reaction of chemotherapy, and curative effect is superior to Western medicine.
