摘要
目的探讨湿润烧伤膏联合中药外用治疗压疮的临床疗效。方法按发生压疮的时间将60例压疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均给予压疮常规护理措施,治疗组给予湿润烧伤膏联合中药外用治疗,对照组给予湿润烧伤膏外用,两组疗程均为7d。结果治疗组总有效率90%;对照组总有效率73.3%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论湿润烧伤膏联合中药外用治疗压疮具有疗效显著,安全可靠的优点,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of pressure ulcer by external application of MEBO in combination with Chinese Herb. Method According to the pressure ulcer time, 60 patients with pressure ulcers were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases each group. Both groups were given routine nursing care of pressure sores. The treatment group was treated with MEBO combined with traditional Chinese medicine. The control group was given moist exposed burn ointment. The courses of treatment are 7d. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, the total effective rate of the control group was 73. 3%, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P＆lt;0. 05）. Conclusion MEBO combined pressure ulcer treated by external therapy with Chinese medicine has curative effect and safety advantages, and is worthy of clinical application.
