摘要
近年来2型糖尿病患病人群逐年增多,大血管病变为糖尿病主要死因,国内外将糖尿病等同于冠心病,其病理基础为动脉粥样硬化,现代医学主要应用降糖、调脂、抗凝等药物,疗效不令人满意。糖尿病归属于中医学"消渴"范畴,对其大血管病变,目前中医多从病久夹瘀进行辨治,临床取得了较好的疗效,现从病因病机、临床研究、实验研究等多个方面对近年来发表的文献进行了综述。
TypeⅡdiabetic population increased year by year in recent years, macroangiopathy is a leading cause of death of diabetes, equate diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease （ CHD） all over the world. Its pathological basis is atherosclerosis. Modern medicine mainly used sugar, lipid, such as anticoagulant drugs, and the curative effect is not satisfactory. Diabetes is equal to the “consumptive thirst”category in traditional Chinese medicine. At present, the macroangiopathy was treated based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine from stasis of long-term disease, and has obtained good clinical curative effect. Literatures published in recent years were reviewed from the etiology and pathogenesis, clinical research, experiment research, and other aspects.
