摘要
采用整群抽样的方法,自编问卷,对系部教学质量满意度实施调查。调查结果显示:学生对系部教学实践活动安排及效果、教材质量的满意度较低,但在教师的敬业精神、教学水平、教学管理、论文指导等方面给予高度评价。在教学中重视教学质量,加大教学投入,加强师资队伍建设,开展教学改革,优化教学管理是提高教学质量的关键;加强学科专业建设,建立具有特色的治安专业学科结构是提高教学质量的重要保障。
This paper use the method of cluster sampling, self - made questionnaire to survey the teaching quality satisfaction. Survey resutts show that the quality satisfaction of the effect about practice course remains to be improved, but the teacher＇s professional spirit, teaching level, teaching management, the guidance of thesis is speak highly. The key to improve the quality of teaching is to increase the teaching investment strangthen struction of teaching staff and carry out teaching reform. Strengthening the discipline construction of public is an important guarantee to improve the quality of teaching.
