摘要
为了解决现有自行车座垫散热功能差,影响自行车夏季骑行舒适性的问题,设计基于半导体制冷的水循环散热系统。该散热系统在不同工况下的测试结果表明:座垫散热系统最大制冷量为28 W,制冷效率为58.4%,维持的最低表面平均温度为25℃,比普通座垫的表面平均温度低9℃,表现出良好的散热性能,极大提高夏季骑行人员的舒适性。散热系统的电能和水泵用能部分由自行车动能转化而成,节能环保。
The main aim of the water circulation cooling system specially designed for bicycle cushion based on semiconductor refrigeration is to improve the heat transfer performance and comfort of the bicycle cushion used in summer. The cooling system is tested under different working conditions, and the test results indicate that the maximum cooling capacity of the cooling system is up to 28 W; refrigeration efficiency is 58.4%; the lowest surface temperature remains at 25℃, which is lower than the common ones (by 9℃). It has the excellent cooling performance, and it improves user's comfort in summer. In addition, the power and pump of the cooling system is supplied by the bicycle's kinetic energy, so it's energy-saving and environmental protection.
