摘要
针对当前游客不文明行为研究理论缺失的问题,从计划行为理论视角出发,深入分析游客不文明行为产生的根源及改善路径.根据Ajzen计划行为理论模型构建游客文明行为意向和文明行为态度概念框架模型,基于计划行为理论的一致性和突出信念原则设计调查问卷,选取典型旅游目的地、旅游客源地和旅游通道调查游客的文明行为态度和文明行为意向.研究结果表明,游客文明行为态度、出游次数和游客文明行为意向有显著的正相关,游客的职业、教育背景、出游次数和游客文明行为态度有显著的正相关.当前,改善大陆游客的文明行为态度应重点关注游客人类例外主义方面的缺失,并特别重视对不同旅游环境下游客的分层教育.
In view of the theory flaw problem of current tourists uncivilized behavior research, the study analyzed the causes and improved paths of tourists uncivilized behavior from the perspective of the Theory of Planned Behavior （TPB）. According to the conceptual framework model of TPB, the author constructed conceptual framework of attitude and intention of tourists civilized behavior, designed questionnaire and investigated tourists at typical tourist spots and tourist channel and tourism destination. The results show that, there was a significantly positive correlation in travel times, attitude of tourists civilized behavior and intention of tourists civilized behavior, and the same relationship in occupation, education background, travel times and attitude of tourists civilized be- havior. Presently, in order to improve the attitude of tourists civilized behavior, the managers should not only focus on the improvement of tourists attitude of human exceptionalism, but also pay special attention to hierarchical education of tourists under different tourism environment.
