Analysis of Defects of Nonconformity in Ultrasonic Flaw Detection on the High Strength Low Alloy Steel Plates

摘要 统计分析了连铸坯低倍结果与低合金高强度钢板探伤合格率的关系,并对出现超声波探伤不合钢板取样,采用金相观察、扫描电镜观察、Z向拉伸试验、显微硬度测定等实验手段进行研究。结果表明:连铸坯内部缺陷以及钢板中心微裂纹是造成探伤不合的主要原因,控制连铸坯中心偏析、疏松、裂纹等缺陷是提高钢板探伤合格率的关键。 The relationship between porosity of the slab and results of ultrasonic flaw detection in the high strength low alloy (HSLA) steel plate were analyzed. The samples from steel plates disqualified by ultrasonic inspection were observed through many experiment methods such as metallographic examination, SEM observation, Z-directional test and micro-hardness test. Test results showed that the main causes of disqualification of steel plate were flaws in the slals and micro cracks in the center of the plate. The key point is that the central segregation, porosity and intermediate crack in east slab should be controlled.
